The founder, Shugan holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) degree from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. He then went on and completed his Certificate in Legal Practice.

Shugan is known for being versatile and resourceful in handling his legal briefs. He has sharpened his legal skills as a full-blown practitioner with primary focus in corporate and commercial litigation. Shugan is also advising several startups and companies focusing on artificial intelligence.

With his exuberant personality, Shugan exudes positive vibes wherever he goes. Today, he is a charismatic leader who lives by the notions of passion, persistence and patience. To Shugan, it is only good enough if one leads with generosity, especially in sharing his experience and knowledge with others.

Shugan is presently the President of the University of Hull Alumni Association of Malaysia and the Chairperson of the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee's Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee. He is also an elected member of the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee.
